Change has become an inevitable reality for all of us today. It is just another one of life’s challenges. Whether these changes are positive or negative, they can be all-consuming on so many levels.
Transitions have beginnings and ends. We can’t go around them, we have to go through them!

Below I share with you some tips and tools to help you ride the waves of change.
With every transition, there can be a sense of grief, this is
normal. Even when you have been expecting, or even welcoming, a life transition, it’s still perfectly normal to feel sadness for what you are leaving behind.

Remember kindness for yourself as you transition through life’s inevitable change

Resist Resisting
Allow yourself to sit with the uncertainty. Accept the way
things are and open yourself to the possibility of opportunity and growth.

Reflect on Your Resilience
Remind yourself that you’ve got through it before, and you
will be okay this time too.

Set Reasonable Expectations
Unmet expectations can create frustration or stress. It’s also
helpful to remember that feeling stressed during transitions
is completely normal.

Check your Self-talk
Be mindful of the things you are saying to yourself. How
are they helping you to navigate through these tough
times?
